EBS Consulting also provides NetSuite SuiteSuccess implementations. These are "best practice" solutions with ready-made dashboards, KPIs, reports and process flows. A SuiteSuccess implementation is usually set up in less than 100 days.

A solution can always be improved. We help map potential for improvement and benefits realisation  by using new functionality in existing solutions, integrating with internal and external IT solutions, automating manual processes or improving reporting and analysis.

Management

For many companies, it is not profitable to build up and maintain internal expertise for their applications. EBS Consulting has developed a concept for application management specifically aimed at NetSuite.

The service contains all elements that are part of a management assignment; email for case registration, telephone and online support, corrective maintenance, new releases, change management, user support and training. Furthermore, activities for new development and improvement of the application are also handled.

The clients also get access to a web solution with functions for registering support needs, dialogue with management teams. The management team consists of experienced consultants that have solid Netsuite experience.

Upgrade

NetSuite delivers upgrades twice a year, that are mandatory for all customers. As part of a management agreement, EBS Consulting can assist with analysis, testing and training at each release.
